Miller Time at The Old Mill
On April 27th, the talented Toronto All-Star Big Band put on another swinging show at The Old Mill. The historic inn's main dining room was packed with patrons eager to catch the Chattanooga Choo Choo to Tuxedo Junction and enjoy the young, top-notch musicians perform hits from the '40s and '50s. Their concert paid special tribute Glen Miller, the most enduring figure of the swing era, and featured fresh renditions of so many classics from the celebrated Miller years. The dance floor was chock-a-block with attendees, dancing the night away from the first toe-tapping number to the big finale.
