"Storytime Yoga" with Ella Isakov starts September 23 at Hooray for Play!
Ages 2-6. Explore storybooks with yoga movement, activities, expression, where children move and groove to coordinate with a story. Let the story come alive through YOGA! Children and adults learn basic poses that stretch, strengthen, and soothe. The FUN learned can be shared together at home!
